After spending forty years in the advertising and marketing world, I took a deep breath and retired. More time with family, weekly golf with friends, yoga instruction, and landscape design can be satisfying; however, I knew something was missing. Life on cruise control only lasted six months. With my wife’s encouragement, I set my sights on completing several writing projects.

Rick Blaine was born out of a desire for expression and before I knew it, my debut novel, Escape Into Rain, was completed. As it turns out, Rick Blaine will live on in the soon to be completed sequel, It’s Reigning In London. My real-life encounters piloting Cessna aircraft and sailing all sizes of boats throughout the PNW helped create more inspiration for Rick and his collaborators.

Beyond authoring the Rick Blaine series, I have other stories in the works. More suspense and intriguing storylines will be coming in the future, I promise you that. If you have a comment, please pass it along on my contact page.
